IGN: Lee1104 Users Involved in this Contract: Zeek87 General Purpose of Contract: Safely renting out my Melon sword (Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 Diamond Sword) I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will rent out my Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 dsword (melon sword) to Zeek87 from when this contract is approved by a moderator until August 27 at 3:00PM PST. I will give Zeek87 until August 27 at 6:00M EST to pay me the full $125,000. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Zeek87 will return my Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 dsword (melon sword) no later than August 27 at 3:00 PM PST. Zeek87 will also pay a total of $125,000 no later than August 27 at 6:00 PM EST. If Zeek87 does not return the Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 dsword (melon sword), he/she will owe a total of $600,000 or 1500 nstars within 2 weeks. Zeek87 will not be allowed to rent or sell my Eff5 Unb3 Silk1 dsword (melon sword) to anyone. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
