[Contract] Melon Sword Rental

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe rental of a melonsword (ID#IC8W3UFZ) for 1 Month.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @obblebobble agree:
- To place the melonsword in the chest located at /warp kokiri next to the sign "Msword Rental Chest" (-4719, 90, 867) This chest will be locked to myself and @Mr_Doom_Bringer only. This will be done within 12 hours of the contract being approved.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@Mr_Doom_Bringer will pay me a total of $350,000 ECD within 2 weeks of this contract being approved
@Mr_Doom_Bringer will return the melon sword to the chest listed above no later than 1 month and 1 day after this contract is approved. Due 13th March 2016. This may not be taken back out after it has been placed in the chest, if the 1 month time period is up.
@Mr_Doom_Bringer will return the melon sword into the chest at /warp kokiri each time he has finished using it or goes offline.
@Mr_Doom_Bringer must not give the tool to anyone besides @obblebobble, nor rent it out himself or sell the tool. The tool should never be dropped. In the situation that the tool is lost, butchered, scammed, broken, etc. Then @Mr_Doom_Bringer will owe @obblebobble the rental fee of $350,000 if not already paid, another melonsword and an additional fee of $300,000 due within 8 weeks from the contract start date.
@Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees that if the full amount of $350,000 is not paid within 2 weeks of this contract being approved then the sword will be reclaimed. However, the $350,000 will still be due.
@Mr_Doom_Bringer agrees that @obblebobble may request to retrieve the tool or see the tool at any time. And @Mr_Doom_Bringermust provide proof that he still has possession of the tool.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
