IGN: @7amoodw Users Involved in this Contract: @Mika8117 General Purpose of Contract: To ensure a safe rent out of a melon sword. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @7amoodw agree to rent out my melon sword to @Mika8117 upon receiving the 20k payment from him for one day (24 hours from contract approval). I @7amoodw also agree to provide free perms for a melon farm located at legacy town fortocelot for the user during the 24 hours. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: User @Mika8117 agrees to provide 20k within 24 hours of contract approval. User @Mika8117 agrees to return the MelonSword in a chest he's modified to located at the farm at legacy town fortocelot after the 24 hours have finished. User @Mika8117 agrees that if the Melon sword is lost in any way (Broken, stolen etc) that he will be fined 1 million EcoDollars to be paid 2 months after the date broken. Should the user not do this, then he'll be given two additional weeks in which there's a 10k extra for each day. Should it still not be paid, then a complaint will be made. User @Mika8117 agrees that if the Melon sword is not returned when the 24 hours have been done then he will pay an additional 15k fee. Should the user @Mika8117 be banned for any reason , and the tool not to be returned in time. This will fall under the previous clause (Not handing in the tool after 24 hours have finished), and thus the user will be expected to pay 15k fee. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
