IGN: @twistedjonny Users Involved in this Contract: @caden70 General Purpose of Contract: Melon Sword Rental for 24 hours I @twistedjonny, agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to provide @caden70 a Melon Sword for 24 hours from the time this contract is approved. (User already has the melon sword and agreed ingame to return it to the below location by 2am CST on 2 July 2015. Have screenshots for the proof) The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @caden70 agrees to pay $25,000 to rent my melon sword and that, after 24 hours from the time of receiving the tool, the tool be returned to a chest located here: The coordinates are as follows in Legacy: X: -1458 Y: 63 Z: -4714 to which they will be tp'd to save that location or they can use the town portal system to go to twistedcity. If lost/broken, they will be responsible for payment of or replace the tool ($1.1mil for Melon Sword or New Tool) and a $100,000 ECD fee on top. The deadline for this will be determined if this tool is broken/lost. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @twistedjonny , please edit the contract to include when you will provide the Msword (Upon contract approval for example). Also, we need a deadline from now, or atleast an agreement of making a contract if the tool is broken. If you'd like to agree on another contract, here's an example of how you can edit the contract : "User @caden70 agrees that if the star tool is broken/lost, then he will have to sign another contract for repayment of this tool, which is to be written by @twistedjonny and approved by staff"
