IGN: @DiamondDesire Users Involved in this Contract: @goblizz General Purpose of Contract: Safety of selling a melon sword on a payment plan Item ID: #IBYL05HA I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to give @goblizz the melon sword #IBYL05HA named -*Moses*- within 24 hours of this contract approval I agree to set up signs for @goblizz near /warp anime to pay 100k per week Once all the money has been recieved I agree to give @goblizz full ownership of the /own on the sword The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @goblizz agrees to pay a total of 1.4mil for the melon sword in 14 weeks of 14 100k a week instalments. The dates are as follows: 27th Decemeber 2015 3rd January 2016 10th January 2016 17th January 2016 24th January 2016 31st January 2016 7th February 2016 14th February 2016 21st February 2016 28th February 2016 6th March 2016 13th March 2016 20th March 2016 27th March 2016 Every payment is on Sunday @goblizz If the melon sword is broken or lost, @goblizz must inform @DiamondDesire and resume paying for the melon sword until the payments are over. @goblizz agree if he is late on any week it will cost him 10k/day late fee and late fees have to be paid by april 3rd 2016 or else @DiamondDesire will make a complaint. @goblizz agrees that @DiamondDesire can claim back the melon sword with no refund if all payments and late fees are not paid back by 3rd april 2016. @goblizz agrees that no payments can overlap when being late. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
