[Contract] Melon Sword investment

General Purpose of Contract:
Investing a MelonSword into the Vault of ECC (@KMaxwell investing with @obblebobble)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to the following terms:

- Agree to pay out 40% of all profit generated from renting out the Melon Sword. @KMaxwell will have this profit noted down and can be withdraw at any time, with a 24 hour grace period.
- Agree to have Melon Sword available within 7 days after a withdraw is requested IF it is not currently loaned out, or has been scammed
- Agree to inform @KMaxwell of all rentals made with the Melon Sword and be 100% truthful to the best of my knowledge about what I am doing with it, and how much profit I make so I can give @KMaxwell a fair 40% portion. This will be done via both a forum PM and a Google Sheets spreadsheet, occasionally updates will be posted on the Vault of ECC forum thread.
- Agree that in the case of me being scammed out of the Melon Sword, either lost, stolen or scammed. I will still return another Melon Sword within 2 months of the incident date. This gives @KMaxwell essentially a risk free investment.
- Agree not to sell the melon sword to anyone, nor transfer ownership.
- Agree to return ownership of the melon sword to @KMaxwell upon withdrawing the investment.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@KMaxwell agrees to the following terms:
- She must give the Melon Sword (#IC8W3UFZ) to @obblebobble within 12 hours of this contract being approved. The transaction will be through a chest at /warp kokiri (-4717, 80, 860)
- Agrees that if the tool is rented out then I will not be able to return the tool until the rental period is over.
- Agrees that if the tool is scammed, @KMaxwell will have to wait a total of 2 months before another Melon Sword will be returned.
- Agrees that if she is inactive for more than 2 months at a time then the Melon Sword will be forfeited to @obblebobble along with any unpaid profits.
- Agrees that @KMaxwell is not guaranteed to make a profit on the investment.
- Agrees to allow a 7 day grace period upon requesting the Melon Sword to be withdrawn (assuming it's not loaned and not scammed). This allows @obblebobble to gather the profit and also put a hold on future/planned rentals.
- Agrees that @KMaxwell will only receive interest on rentals that her specific melon sword actively contributes towards. Rentals sourced via other tools will not count towards her ROI (return on investment).
- Agree to /own @obblebobble and allow @obblebobble to have melon sword ownership fully under his name. This is to allow claims in case of a lost tool. (As said earlier, another melon sword will be returned if this one is lost or scammed).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
