General Purpose of Contract:

To transfer the ownership of the 200x200 town of '[MedievalUniverse]' in the world of [Rising] from the permanent technical 'ownership' of the user @welikeike22 to the technical 'ownership' of @Krobkins.

This contract will act as appropriate evidence for town transfer agreements and town claims through our server system.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

I, @welikeike22, will add the user @Krobkins to the town of ‘MedievalUniverse’ after this contract is locked/approved and the sum of $205,000ECD is received from the user @Krobkins in accordance with the auction found here: Click Here

I, @welikeike22, hereby transfer my legal power over claiming/town transfer to the user @Krobkins as seen in Clause [2] of the following contract: [Click Here]. I hereby transfer my authority under clause 2 of the contract found in the previous link to the user @Krobkins. I will no longer have the power to claim this city/ do a town transfer unless the user @Krobkins decides to allow me (given written proof in the form of a contract).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

1. Upon the acceptance of this contract, I @Krobkins will pay @welikeike22 the sum of $205,000ECD in accordance with the ‘Eisenhower Vaults’ auction found here:

2. I will not attempt to file an lwc removal nor will I ask @welikeike22 to remove the locks/signs which state he built the city found at the following coordinates: [-48] [71] [6435] in the world of [Rising].

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
