The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Nyancats33 must Agree that he may not add himself back to the town whatsoever unless I become inactive for 1 month, he must agree to delete his sethome from this area, he must agree that once I receive tycoon he must do a town ownership transfer to make me the original owner, he must agree that the 25000 is for him to buy mayor and once the town is bought he is to add me as the owner and remove himself, he must agree that his town is now mine and he has no part in it, doing anything in this town will count as grief and be a bannable offence. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
