[Contract] Mayor Rank in exchange for Town

General Purpose of Contract:
I am exchanging $85,000ecd for @green_tiger77 mayor town.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
1. I, @stigarose will pay $85,000ecd to @green_tiger77 within 1 week of this contract being approved.
2. I, @stigarose will add @green_tiger77 as owner to the town of thejungle within 24 hours after taking ownership from @green_tiger77 mayor town they're applying for.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
1. @green_tiger77 will apply for mayor within 20 minutes upon recieving the $85,000 from @stigarose.
2. @green_tiger77 will fill out the mayor application EXACTLY as posted in the following spoiler:

3. @green_tiger77 agrees to add @stigarose as owner to their new town within 7 days of the mayor application being approved.
4. @green_tiger77 agrees to be removed from ownership of said town by @stigarose and agrees to town transfer at anytime @stigarose would like.
5. @green_tiger77 agrees to apply for any town features of said town while they remain the original owner.
6. @green_tiger77 agrees to add/remove members only from the town of thejungle and agrees NOT to add/remove any owners from thejungle. No current members or structures of the town will be removed without discussing with @stigarose.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Edited to paying you within 1 week of the contract being approved. Since you'll be online you'll be able to apply for mayor immediately still. All i changed was time of me paying you (and altering the mayor app slightly tagging a different user than me). Please re-accept with the same format you did previously if you agree.

 

@green_tiger77 please note I also changed the town you could co-mayor to thejungle. I know it's a different town but it's better than evengor as it has its own /warp already and only 2-3 structures that are to be left alone leaving you much more to work with. If you still agree please agree as you did before. Since you haven't agreed to the other edit I made yet I through in another one. So please review the contract and agree once more.

 

@green_tiger77 since I had to edit again you will need to agree again. @matrix_rep it was already directed they will apply as soon as the 85k is transferred "immediately".
