IGN: @Tom5342 Users Involved in this Contract: @cornhusker144 General Purpose of Contract: For @cornhusker144 borrow a diamond pick with efficiency 5, fortune 3 and unbreaking 3 for 24 hours I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give the pick to @cornhusker144 and lend it to him for 14 hours. I will provide access to a secure chest to return the pick back to at the end of the hire and show him where this is The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: To pay @Tom5342 $550 to borrow the pick To return it to the secure chest to be shown by me at the end of the hire (24 hours after the time at which it has been handed over) If the pick is not returned within the time of the contract, $1.5k per day is payable to @Tom5342 per day for up to 10 days. If the pick gets lost/stolen/destroyed or not handed back after 10 days, @cornhusker144 must pay $20k to me for a replacement. The pick will be fully repaired at the start of the hire, but ereps after this is @cornhusker144's responsibility, and it is his responsibility that if the e repairer steals it, ect to pay the $20k lost fee. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: Yes

@Tom5342 Can you specify the exact time the tool needs to be returned by? ie by the end of 24 hours this contract is approved. Please re-edit the original post with the date. I will then need @cornhusker144 to agree with the new edited terms.
