Parties involved: @SI_Gaming_YT (Sword Owner) @CCCPofAmerica (Renter) @CCCPofAmerica will be given access to a chest at coords (X: 9413 / Y: 70 / Z: -6407) in the town of BravosBay containing a Magic 3 Melon Sword (UNIQUE ID #: MSU_SPARTANS601 cd1302cf-4edb-4b48-868d-5f17e32d5d9b). He has the total freedom to use the magic sword until 1/30/26 @11:59 EST. If during this time, the sword is broken, lost, stolen, or mishandled in some way by @CCCPofAmerica , the sum of 9 million ECD will be owed to @SI_Gaming_YT, and a breach of contract can be filed against @CCCPofAmerica. Any time before said "deadline", @CCCPofAmerica is required to place the melon sword in the locked chest at coords (X: 9413 / Y: 70 / Z: -6407) in the town of BravosBay. The chest is locked to @SI_Gaming_YT and @CCCPofAmerica. No rent/cost is afflicted upon @CCCPofAmerica, except for a fee of $67 due before 1/30/26 @11:59 EST.
