IGN: @Chundi_Jr Users Involved in this Contract: @Revanrose6 Terms of the Contract: @Revanrose6 will be entering into a long-term savings agreement with Dr. @Chundi_Jr PhD. The terms of this agreement are listed below. @Revanrose6 agrees to pay @Chundi_Jr a total of $15,000,000 ECD over a 6 month period ending on Sept 19, 2020. @Revanrose6 agrees to make payments through the forum transfer system only. @Revanrose6 agrees to make payments in $50,000 ECD minimum increments (with no maximum increment) @Chundi_Jr acknowledges that @Revanrose6 will be able to withdrawal a maximum of $100,000 ECD per day, however only if @Chundi_Jr posseses sufficient funds of @Revanrose6's to do so. @Chundi_Jr agrees to make these $100,000 withdrawal payments available within 8 hours of receiving the request from @Revanrose6. If the Sept 19, 2020 deadline has been reached and the savings goal has not been met, @Chundi_Jr will either pay back all accumulated funds or the savings agreement will be renegotiated. @Chundi_Jr agrees to keep all of @Revanrose6's payments in her forum account for the entirety of the savings agreement. @Chundi_Jr agrees to pay @Revanrose6 $15,000,000 ECD once she has made payments totalling $15,000,000 ECD. In the event that the savings goal is not met within the timeframe, @Chundi_Jr agrees to pay @Revanrose6 all accumulated funds or enter into renegotiations.
