@OhMrsKittyKat, there are a few things that need to change before we can approve this contract. First off, late fees of 10k per day are too extreme and only 1 week of late fees are enforceable. Also paying within 1 second is not enough time, you will need to change that to something like 1 hour or 24 hours. After these changes have been made, @ctop_1013 please re agree to the contract.
