General Purpose of Contract:
Provide a safe loan to @ClarinetPhoenix of 2,000,000 ECD.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @BackToThePast, agree to provide a loan of 2,000,000 ECD to @ClarinetPhoenix within 24 hours of this contract is accepted. I will also provide signs located at "/tppos -12189 71 13756 89 1" in legacy; in which @ClarinetPhoenix will pay the 150,000 ECD per week (as outlined below).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@ClarinetPhoenix will agree to the following:

• Pay back a total of 2,400,000 ECD in exchange for the 2,000,000 ECD loan.*
• Pay back 150,000 ECD per week (starting on May 29,2016) for a total of 16 weeks (up to September 11, 2016). The specific times and days of each payment is displayed in the spoiler below.*

* If @ClarinetPhoenix does not wish to follow through with this payment plan, she has a "grace period" - a time in which she can pay back the 2,000,000 ECD without any extra fees; which will be from the time she receives the money upto May 22, 2016 (11:59PM EST). If @ClarinetPhoenix does not pay back 2,000,000 ECD before or on May 22, 2016 (11:59PM EST), the contract or payment weeks will begin and she will have to pay back a total of 2,400,000 ECD.

If @ClarinetPhoenix fails to pay the minimum amount per week or pay back the total 2,400,000 ECD, she will be said to be breaching the contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
