General Purpose of Contract:
Safe transfer of a loan of $800,000 from @THCOOL to @ChargerBoltz5

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, @ChargerBoltz5, will confirm the receiving of a sum of $800,000 EcoDollars from @THCOOL.
Upon receiving the loan, I, @ChargerBoltz5, will not transfer any of the $800,000 EcoDollars to any other players, lotteries, or my forum bank.
When an ECC Server Admin initiates the official auction for the ownership of Stations 19 and 25, I, @ChargerBoltz5, will use up to, and no more than, $800,000 EcoDollars to bid on said auctions.
Should I, @ChargerBoltz5, be the winner of one of these official auctions at their times of closure, I will return a sum of $1,200,000 EcoDollars to @THCOOL no later than the date and time exactly eight weeks after the official closure of the auction which I have won.
Should I, @ChargerBoltz5, be unsuccessful in winning one of the official auctions for Station 19 or 25, I will return a sum of $875,000 EcoDollars to @THCOOL no later than the date and time exactly 72 hours after the official closure of the auction(s) in which I have bid.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@THCOOL agrees to provide me, @ChargerBoltz5, with a sum of $800,000 EcoDollars no later than 72 hours after the approval of this contract.
@THCOOL agrees to confirm the receiving of either $1,200,000 EcoDollars or $875,000 EcoDollars, in accordance with the scenarios outlined above.
@THCOOL reserves the right to file a user complaint on me, @ChargerBoltz5, should I fail to provide him with sufficient EcoDollars by the correct date and time, as outlined above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such:
