[Contract] Loan to buy an eff7

General Purpose of Contract:
I will buy an eff7 pickaxe for tooHD and tooHD will pay me 1400k in 7 weeks..

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @luccowarleo will buy an EFF7 star pickaxe, with Item ID #IHVBBQ8Q within 24 hours after the contract is approved.
I @luccowarleo will give the EFF7 star pickaxe with Item ID #IHVBBQ8Q to @tooHD within 24 hours after the contract is approved.
I @luccowarleo will remain as the owner of the star pickaxe with Item ID #IHVBBQ8Q until @tooHD paid off all his debt to me.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@tooHD will pay 1400k to me in 7 weeks in 5 payments.
The payments will be made to the sign set up in one of my town in Rising World at coordinates (X -540, Y 70, Z 2004) The payments are due on the dates outlined below:

Week 1 - 280K - 5/19/2016
Week 2 - 280K - 5/26/2016
Week 3 - 0K - 6/2/2016
Week 4 - 0K - 6/9/2016
Week 5 - 280K - 6/16/2016
Week 6 - 280K - 6/23/2016
Week 7 - 280K - 6/30/2016

@tooHD will not give this Eff7 Pick with item ID #IHVBBQ8Q to anyone else until the full amount has been paid off.
If @tooHD loses/breaks the Eff7 Pick with item ID #IHVBBQ8Q, he will continue to pay off the full payment plan.

The payment plan will end should one of the two following cases come to apply.

1. If a payment is more than 3 days late, a complaint will be filed and @tooHD will have to give the Eff7 Pick with item ID #IHVBBQ8Q back to @luccowarleo without any refunds.

2. @luccowarleo couldn't buy this pickaxe thus @luccowarleo couldn't give the pickaxe with item ID #IHVBBQ8Q to @tooHD within 24 hours after the contract is approved.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
