I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Looks pretty good but you seem to have accidentally put 750k ecd one time instead of 700. Let's also remove the inexact language of "approximate" and I think it would be simpler/wiser to just have the final payment due July 11th and if he pays before then, good. In contracts it's always best to avoid inexact language or we can get into debates about what "approximate" means. Please make these corrections and @bmanvman will need to agree again to the terms.
