IGN: @BackToThePast Users Involved in this Contract: @Ndm57dcraft and @BackToThePast General Purpose of Contract: Equal legal ownership of the rising towns organization, spleef, and pvp shared among both @BackToThePast and @Ndm57dcraft I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @BackToThePast, agree to not remove or add anyone to the owners list of the towns organization, spleef, and pvp. Users can only be added to the owners list if agreed on by both @Ndm57dcraft and @BackToThePast ingame. I, @BackToThePast, cannot file any lwc removals on the user @Ndm57dcraft in the towns of organization, pvp, and spleef. I, @BackToThePast, agree that both myself and @Ndm57dcraft are equally legal owners of the towns organization, pvp, and spleef. I, @BackToThePast, agree not to sell the towns organization, spleef, or pvp unless agreed upon by both @BackToThePast and @Ndm57dcraft. As of now, the only owners for the towns organization, spleef, and pvp are to be @BackToThePast and @Ndm57dcraft The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Ndm57dcraft agrees to the following terms and conditions; @Ndm57dcraft cannot add or remove any owners from the towns organization, pvp, and spleef unless agreed upon both by @BackToThePast and @Ndm57dcraft ingame. @Ndm57dcraft cannot file an LWC removal on the user @BackToThePast in the towns organization, pvp, and spleef. @Ndm57dcraft agrees that both himself and @BackToThePast are equally legal owners of the town organization, pvp, and spleef. @Ndm57dcraft agrees not to sell the towns organization, spleef, or pvp unless agreed upon by both @BackToThePast and @Ndm57dcraft. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
