IGN: @RealRichNixon Users Involved in this Contract: This contract involves @Saishop. Terms of the contract: 1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Hoe (#LFZPU2W6) for $1,700,000. 2. @Saishop is responsible for making a total of 3 payments approximately every 5 days of $400,000 ECD each at /tppos 248 69 -140. (For clarity, this is a Chestshop which sells Raw Iron at $200,000 each.) @RealRichNixon is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @Saishop upon approval of the contract. In exchange, @Saishop is to pay $500,000 as a downpayment for the tool. 3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @Saishop is required to pay an additional $200,000, up until late fees accrue to $400,000. In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract. 4. Payments will be due approximately every five days at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed: Payment #1 -- $400,000.00 -- Wednesday, May 3, 2023 Payment #2 -- $400,000.00 -- Monday, May 8, 2023 Payment #3 -- $400,000.00 -- Friday, May 12, 2023 5. @Saishop is free to make payments before a due date. For example, if @Saishop made a $400,000.00 payment on May 3, 2023 and would like to pay down another $400,000.00, @Saishop may do so. In this event, @Saidshop will not have to make a payment for the next timeframe -- May 8, 2023. They will however be responsible for coming up for another $400,000.00 for May 12, 2023. 6. In regards to ownership, @RealRichNixon will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Hoe (#LFZPU2W6), while @Saishop pays off the hoe. Once all payments have been made, @RealRichNixon is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the item not be transferred within such a time window, @Saishop may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract. the only issue i see with it is i cant warp to coodinates, but fine with it if i can have a warp (or can make payments on the forum?)
