[Contract] L3 Magic Hoe.

This contract involves @UlteriorMotive00.

Terms of the contract:
1. The purpose of this contract is to facilitate a payment plan of the L3 Magic Hoe (#LFZPU2W6) for $3,000,000.

2. @UlteriorMotive00 is responsible for making a total of 5 payments every week of $600,000.00 ECD each at /tppos 248 69 -140. (For clarity, this is a Chestshop which sells Raw Iron at $600,000 each.)

@RealRichNixon is responsible for giving (via /trade) the tool to @UlteriorMotive00 upon approval of the contract.

3. Late fees will follow the following regime: For every 24 hours that a payment is late, @UlteriorMotive00 is required to pay an additional $85,000 per day late, up until late fees accrue to $250,000 (i.e. 3 days of missed payments). In the event that this occurs, @RealRichNixon may file a complaint via the forums regarding a breach of contract.

4. Payments will be due every week at 11:59 PM EST, and the following plan is to be followed:

Payment #1 -- $600,000.00 -- Wednesday, April 5, 2023
Payment #2 -- $600,000.00 -- Wednesday, April 12, 2023
Payment #3 -- $600,000.00 -- Wednesday, April 19, 2023
Payment #4 -- $600,000.00 -- Wednesday, April 26, 2023
Payment #5 -- $600,000.00 -- Wednesday, May 3, 2023

5. @UlteriorMotive00 is free to make payments before a due date. For example, if @UlteriorMotive00has made a $600,000.00 payment on April 15, 2023 and would like to pay down another $600,000.00, @UlteriorMotive00 may do so. In this event, @UlteriorMotive00 will not have to make a payment for the next timeframe -- April 19, 2023. They will however be responsible for coming up for another $600,000.00 for April 26, 2023.

6. In regards to ownership, @RealRichNixon will retain ownership of the L3 Magic Hoe (#LFZPU2W6), while @UlteriorMotive00 pays off the hoe. Once all payments have been made, @RealRichNixon is to transfer ownership within a week of the final payment's due date. Should the item not be transferred within such a time window, @UlteriorMotive00 may file a complaint citing a breach of this contract.
