IGN: @Westenj Users Involved in this Contract: @kung87 General Purpose of Contract: I will rent my eff 7 star pick axe "The Reaper" I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will give @kung87 My star pickaxe for 1 hour and in return he will give me 10k The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @kung87 Will pay me 10k for the rental of my eff 7 pickaxe for 1 hour, if broken or lost he will pay me 800,000$ in 2 months, after that he will pay 500 extra everyday missed, Afetr another 2 months there will be a complaint filed if needed he will also only ask for e-repairs from me for the pickaxe. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. As well, please say state when the late fees will cease to be charged and Kung will be found in breach of contract should the pick neither be returned nor paid for.
