I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: create a two trade signs located in legacy near: -3545 78 -4585 use one to sell 1 dirt for 250k with one trade sign (for repayment of loan) use the other to sell dirt at 1k each (for each day a payment is late) not add dirt to first mentioned trade sign/render either trade sign inaccessible to @Jmillertime Pay @Jmillertime 200k ecd upon the approval of this contract. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Pay @CrazySwagMaster1 250k within 21 days of @Jmillertime 's receipt of 200k. Every midnight (GMT-6 or MST) that passes when the 250k payment is due or overdue will result in a 1k fee paid through the second trade sign mentioned above. These 1k fees will continue until either of these occur: All due or overdue payments have been made 60k in late fees have been occured. A breach of contract has occured when @Jmillertime is more than 1 week late (7k in late fees) and a complaint may be issued at @CrazySwagMaster1 discretion. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
