The property will include the following amenities: waterfall fireplace vault like the one below courtyard huge swimming pool facing ocean I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: @cyberboxster agrees to pay @webman11123 115,000 ECD for the creation of a cliffside Italian Villa. Land (40x40 plot), materials, and labor costs are included in the cost. @cyberboxster will provide 60,000 ECD up front and will provide the remaining 55,000 ECD upon completion of the job. @webman11123 will furnish and customize the exterior and interior per @cyberboxster's request. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @webman11123 agrees to create an Italian Villa property customized to @cyberboxster's needs for 115,000 ECD. The job must be completed within one month of the start date (likely 7/22/2015). @webman11123 will receive 60,000 ECD up front for materials and labor, and will receive the remaining 55,000 ECD up successful completion of the job. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. @cyberboxster Is the tennis court mandatory? Not sure I can fit that and the swimming pool. I could fit it anywhere else but the very back/front. I'm putting the pool in back, and the walk-in entrance up front. Also, mind telling what you mean by "waterfall"? Thanks!
