[Contract] IsleTradingCo Co-Mayor Position

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe addition of @nicoviacava1210 as Co-Mayor to TwinTown - All server rules apply

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
This is a Co-Mayor Transfer, I will add @nicoviacava1210 as Co-Mayor to TwinTown.
50% of all perms sold will be kept by @nicoviacava1210 and will show team member where the signs to pay @AdmiralD his share of the perm sales are.
I will edit the TwinTown Official Thread to reflect @nicoviacava1210 being added as Co-mayor.
I will provide the team member a plot for his/her own personal residence.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@nicoviacava1210 agrees to only add members who have paid for their perms in full - and will not add or remove owners or remove members for any reason. Payment to @AdmiralD for his share of perms will be paid to signs the same day of the sale. (Make sure to take screenshots when paying)
@nicoviacava1210 agrees to sell a minimum of one perm per week but is more than welcome to sell more as long as no spamming is used at any time for sales. Loss of position will be possible if Team Member becomes inactive, is banned, or breaks any server rules.
@nicoviacava1210 also agrees to conduct minor farm maintenance (no more than 10 blocks) and will scan the town at least 3 times each week for any grief.
LWC removals can only be filed with permission from @AdmiralD.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
