[Contract] GreenAcres Staff Agreement

General Purpose of Contract:​

Agreement for Co-Mayor rank in GreenAcres as Realtor.​

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:​

I "NinjarakuPwnz" will give rank of Co-Mayor to "Nate80000" so he/she can add members to GreenAcres as needed for the purpose of Plot, Apartment, Store, and other Sales as defined within town.​

Also "Nate80000" will be paid a 20% commission on land sales made by "Nate80000" within "GreenAcres" and will transfer remaining balance of plot sales (80%) to Town Mayor "NinjarakuPwnz"​

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:​

Co-mayor/Realtor (Nate80000) will NOT remove, demote, NinjarakuPwnz as mayor of GreenAcres, or attempt to remove NinjarakuPwnz from the town of "GreenAcres" in any way. Also Agree you are responsible for players you(Nate80000) add to the town of "GreenAcres". Also you (Nate80000) Understand that you may NOT give co-mayor position/title/rank to any other player(s) and that this decision/promotion must be done between NinjarakuPwnz and potential co-mayors not mentioned within this contract. And that as "Realtor" and staff of GreenAcres as Co-Mayor, you Will be allowed to add/remove members to the region of "GreenAcres"​

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:​
