IGN: @BaseballIsGolden Users Involved in this Contract: @gwillydog General Purpose of Contract: Transfer ownership of the region 'goldentrees', which is located in RIsing, from @gwillydog to @BaseballIsGolden Town app: https://www.ecocitycraft.com/forum/threads/president-application-gwillydog.154641/#post-863360 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @BaseballIsGolden agree to pay @gwillydog 90k within 24 hours of contract approval in exchange for the region of 'goldentrees' which is located in Rising. This will be done using /pay gwillydog 90000 The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @gwillydog agrees to add @BaseballIsGolden and remove himself as owner of the region within 1 hour he receives 90k from @BaseballIsGolden @gwillydog agrees that once he receives 90k from @BaseballIsGolden , @BaseballIsGolden will take full ownership of the region and may "officially" claim it with a town transfer application at any time. This also means @gwillydog will never attempt to reclaim the region. @gwillydog agrees that until @BaseballIsGolden officially claims the region with a town transfer application, he will apply for any town features requested by @BaseballIsGolden. @BaseballIsGolden will provide the funds needed for these features. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Please add the link to the application to get this town. Please add a time frame other than as soon as he receives 90k such as 24 or 48 hours after he receives payment. Please specify how this payment will take place. Such as using /pay or using a sign. If you use a sign make sure you add the location of the sign. @gwillydog you will need to re agree to the contract after these changes have been made.
