IGN: DCxCyBeR Users Involved in this Contract: @Vortlex @_Sharpy @AcTiVeMonkey General Purpose of Contract: This contract is for the purpose of sharing ownership of Melon Sword [ID: #IPNWRGBD] I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to share the Melon Sword with all the members stated above. (Each member is to have a 25% share) I agree to not sell the Star tool until all the members agree too it and all members must agree on the price and terms to the sale contract. I agree if I break or loose the Melon sword i either have to replace it or pay each member 25 % of what the group paid for it (1.4 million ecodollars) I agree not to lend out or rent out the Melon Sword unless all the members have agreed to it. I agree when not using the tool to leave it in a chest located at [firelake] [Rising] [X - 13765, Y - 45, Z - 10708] I agree if I am offline for 12 months I loose the right to ownership of the tool and my share is to be re-distributed amongst the other members I agree that as owner of the chest i will add all the members of the group to it and not remove there permissions to the chest unless as stated above they are inactive for 12 months. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
