After receiving one payment of $75000, @Kafas1 will add @rivercobber as an owner of Rosebush, then remove herself. >The sign for payment will be set up at 10757/68/-1025. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @rivercobber will pay the sign after signing this contract. @rivercobber is purchasing everything within the town limits of Rosebush and all rights thereto. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. Hello @Kafas1, could you please include what world the town is in, or the town application for Rosebush? EDIT: Additionally, could you please do as KMaxwell had mentioned, making sure all IGNs mentioned in the contract are tagged properly?
As we have given more than 24 hours to make changes to the contract as per staff requests, and none have been made, I will have to deny this contract. @Kafas1, please refile a new contract with the necessary changes, making sure to properly tag all IGNs and include the specifications as requested.
