@mookiema A few little issues to clear up before this can be approved. Firstly, looking at Please specify a time frame when you will be paying the sum of 30,000 (i.e within 24 hours after the contract is approved, by 9/4/2015, etc) Regarding this term This statement conflicts with our policy regarding town seizures - specifically Section 5 (Towns, Nations, and Property) Clause 3 regarding 3 day eviction notices, which states that mayors must give a 3-day eviction notice to existing members (and thus, active tenants as well). Either change the time frame to 3 days from the approval of this contract after an eviction notice, or get the existing members' explicit permission to be removed from the town, or remove this term from the contract. After the required changes are made, @EMD3000 should respond with the correct format, the contract agreement form, as shown below.
I will fix when I get on pc, also there is know members in my town so do I still have to wait three days?
Let me just pull that section. I noticed there were members listed in the region info. If they are ok with being removed at sale I will pull the whole section out.
