IGN: @DiamondDesire Users Involved in this Contract: @Zhenger97 General Purpose of Contract: Safety of Melon Sword Purchase / Saftey of the sale for @Zhenger97 I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay @Zhenger97 150k per week for 8 weeks, Totalling 1.2mil all together, I assure the Melon Sword will not be broken due to having extcommands++, I am allowed to sell the melon sword if need be or if I no longer need it but still have to pay off this loan. I also agree to pay the late fees if any of the weekly payments are late and will be added onto that weeks payment at the time. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Zhenger97 By agreeing to this contract, When approved I will receive the melon sword and begin the payment of 150k on 17th January by 11:59pm Gmt will be the first payment and will be paid every week until all 8 weeks are paid [Will always be on a Saturday] @Zhenger97 will also agree to allow late days, if late @DiamondDesire will have to pay 5k per day late fees but ithe late days are not allowed to overlap weeks however, if @Zhenger97 is not online during the day of the payment it will carry on till the next day with no late fees and will have to be paid as soon as online unless I say it is late. @Zhenger97 will also agree to allow me to sell the melon sword at any point to any player but remain paying off the rest of the loan. @Zhenger97 Is not allowed to take back the melon sword unless officially bought from me upfront with the money if I decide to sell. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk.
