IGN: Aporth Users Involved in this Contract: Aporth and skittlesbanana General Purpose of Contract: I am renting my eff7 pickaxe to skittlesbanana for 1hour at 3,500 ECD. My pickaxe is named "Holt" and its enchantments are eff7 unb3 silk1. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, aporth, agree to rent my eff7 unb3 silk1 pickaxe named "Holt" to skittlesbanana for 1hour, after I have received payment of 3,500 ECD and his melon sword as a security deposit. I also agree to hold on to his melon sword named "Skittlebanana's Slicer" until he returns my eff7 pickaxe named "Holt" in which after receiving my pickaxe named "Holt" I will return his melon sword. If my pickaxe is not returned at the end of his hour rental on 1/27/14 I agree to allow skittlesbanana to repay me 50,000 ECD per day by midnight for 12 days straight until 600,000 ECD will be payed for repayment for not returning the pickaxe. Once this repayment is payed I will return his melon sword. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: By signing this document skittlesbanana agrees to all of the terms laid out above which include him renting my eff7 pickaxe named "Holt" for 1hour after I have received payment of 3,500 ECD and his melon sword named "Skittlebanana's Slicer" He agree to only get erepairs from moderators and not to throw the pick on the ground but to exchange in a box. Finally, skittlesbanana agrees to return my pickaxe at the end of his hour rental on the date 1/27/14, but if he fails to do so he agrees to pay me 50,000 ECD per day for 12days straight. He will start this payment plan, if pickaxe is not returned, on the date 1/28/14. Once this repayment is payed I will return his melon sword. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
