[Contract] Features on a Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of buying 255 USD off @JimmyZ0811 on a payment plan for 1.45mil

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to pay @JimmyZ0811 50k upfront within 24 hours after this contract approval.

I agree to pay @JimmyZ0811 every sunday a sum of 200k per week for 7 weeks. Totalling 1.4mil
Dates are as follows;
24/01/16
31/01/16
7/02/16
14/02/16
21/02/16
28/02/16
6/03/16

I agree to pay @JimmyZ0811 1k per late day if I am ever late on a weekly payment and this will be paid into a sign beside the debt signs. Late days run until the 13/03/16 if all the money has not been paid by this time. @JimmyZ0811 can file a complaint.

Debt signs are located at: -4337 110 3128 in legacy /warp anime to the right.
The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@JimmyZ0811 agrees to buy @DiamondDesire 255 USD worth of features within 12 hours of this contract approval.
@JimmyZ0811 agrees to not take any money out of the signs until the full amount of that week has been paid and @DiamondDesire has /mailed to clarify.

@JimmyZ0811 will allow @DiamondDesire to pay early if wanted. This payment will be for the next payment that is due or hasn't been paid.

McmmoPlus - 20USD
McmmoBonusPlus - 30 USD
Pet Rider - 50 USD
MultiHomePlus3 - 15 USD
Pet Enderman - 60 USD
Pet Snowman - 40 USD
Spark Trail - 10 USD


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
