The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @Trey_B agrees to follow the following rules: You are required to replant. Although, you are able to hire other players to replant for you. With that said, you are still responsible for making sure it is replanted. If the farm is not replanted a grief report will be filed which may lead to a ban. You may only add players to the town to replant. After replanting, you are responsible for removing their perms. If you are caught selling perms to the town you will be instantly evicted with no refund. You will be responsible for refunding any perms sold illegally. 3 months inactivity will lead to an eviction with no refund. This is to free up slots to active players. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
