[Contract] Efficiency 7 Sale

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sale of an Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX)

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I as the contract initiator agree that:

• I will place the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) in the chest located at -7175 63 787 (Rising) within 48 hours of this contracts approval.
• I will add DCxCyber, AcTiVeMonkey, _Sharpy & Vortlex to the chest located at -7175 63 787 & to the town "MadCity" within 48 hours of this contracts approval; this is where the chest will be located (The town has an interact flag).
• I will not edit the amount of dirt in the trade signs located at -7176 61 784 (Rising)
• I will keep the '/own'ership of the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) until the full $1,400,000 is paid.
• I will give the '/own'ership of the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) to DCxCyBeR within 48 hours of receiving the last payment of $350,000 & having the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) in the chest located at -7175 63 787 to enable me to '/own' it to said user.
• I will not reclaim/take or move the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) from the chest unless a payment is missed resulting in a breach of contract.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
DCxCyBeR, AcTiVeMonkey, _Sharpy & Vortlex must agree that:

• They will pay $350,000 per week between the four of them for 4 weeks to the trade sign located at -7176 61 784 by the times & dates listed below:
  • 11th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 18th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 25th of September 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  • 2nd of October 2016 by midnight (GMT)
  (Note, this is equal to $87,500 per person per week)

• They must all agree that I will keep the '/own'ership of this Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) until the full $1,400,000 is paid; on or before midnight on the 2nd of October 2016 (GMT).
• DCxCyBeR, AcTiVeMonkey, _Sharpy & Vortlex must all agree to keep the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) stored in the chest located at -7175 63 787 (Rising) when they're not using it. This is to ensure the safety of the star tool for in the case that it is reclaimed.
• DCxCyBeR, AcTiVeMonkey, _Sharpy & Vortlex must all agree that if any of the payments are late/missed then I MadMonster_ reserve the right to reclaim the tool without any refunds of any payments made.
• All users (DCxCyBeR, AcTiVeMonkey, _Sharpy & Vortlex) are responsible if the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) is broken/lost and will still carry on with the payments on the scheduled dates without delay.
• If one of these users are deemed inactive by staff-standards (offline 7 days or more) or are banned from the main server, then the other users are to still carry out the payments.
• They will not rent/lend out this Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) to any other user during the payment plan; doing so will lead to a breach of contract.
• They all must agree, not to rename the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX) before the full $1,400,000 is paid.
• All users must agree that this is a 25% share on the Efficiency 7 pickaxe (ID: #I9D0DCFX).

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
