IGN: ATWINKIE Users Involved in this Contract: Original_Jackson General Purpose of Contract: Usage of me and iOrbit's Eff7 Pickaxe. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to add Original_Jackson to the /cmodify rights of the chest that holds the Eff7 Pickaxe. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Original_Jackson cannot lend the pickaxe to anyone. He cannot rent the pickaxe. The pickaxe may never leave his possession. If he loses this pickaxe, he will have to pay me or iOrbit 600k, or another Eff7 Pickaxe. If iOrbit or I would like to use the pickaxe when he is using it, he must hand it over for us to use. If he leaves the game without replacing the pickaxe back in the chest, he will lose rights to it. Also, he must communicate with others if he is using the pickaxe using the via the light system I have set up or by the /mail command. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
