General Purpose of Contract:
Eff7 pickaxe rental named "stoner the legend

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I, aporth, agree to rent my eff7 pickaxe named "stoner the legend" to Iticip for one hour after I have been payed 4,000 ECD and given full owner ship to the town "Heaven2" Once hour is up and I have received my eff7 pickaxe back I will relinquish ownership of the town back to iticip. If he fails to return the eff7 pickaxe at the end of the hour I will keep the town and he will pay me back 600,000 ECD at 120,000 ECD per week till it adds up to 600k.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
Iticip agrees to rent my eff7 pickaxe after he has payed me 4,ooo ECD and has given me full ownership to the town named "Heaven2" while he is renting my eff7 pickaxe named "Stoner the lengend" He agrees to return the pickaxe at the end of the hour. He also agrees to give me the town "Heaven2" and pay 600,000 ECD at 120,000 ECD per week if he fails to return the pickaxe at the end of the hour.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
