General Purpose of Contract: Loaning my Tool to @JrHockey17

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• I will lend @JrHockey17 my Eff7 sik unb3 pickaxe named "EFF7 OMG SO OP.2" ID#IMIBIPUX.
• I agree to give the pick to @JrHockey17 within 24 hrs of this contract being approved
  
• The EFf7 will be due back 1 week after the moment is has been received.
  
• I will provide a chest placed at /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) for @JrHockey17 to return the Eff7 to at the deadline.
• i Agree to give @JrHockey17 the pick withinh 24 hrs of this contract being app

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• To pay @maroiogog 85'000 ecd within 24 hrs after this contract is approved by a Staff Member.
• To return the eff7 to the chest placed at/in /warp norway (x-5047 y68 z6338 Rising) at the deadline.
• If the eff7 is broken or lost, I will have 2 months after the deadline to either return to @maroiogog pickaxe, either the original or one with the exact same specifications (Eff7 silk unb3), or to provide @maroiogog a payment of $1'100'000 ecd to replace the pickaxe. I will notify @maroiogog immediately should this have to become an option.
• Should the eff7 not be returned by the deadline or full repayments through one of the options listed above in the case that it gets lost or stolen, @JrHockey17 will be reported and held accountable for Breach of Contract.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree.
