[Contract] Eff7 Pickaxe on Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Saftey of the eff7 named DaRockPounder (ID: #I9ABODLA ) sale on a payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
@DiamondDesire agrees to give @miniCLH the eff7 (ID:#I9ABODLA ) within 24 hours of the approval of this contract

@DiamondDesire confirms that the 200k upfront payment has already been paid at this point.

@DiamondDesire agrees to /own (give full ownership) @miniCLH when he has paid all of these payments.



The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
@miniCLH agrees to pay a total of 1.25mil, 200k upfront (Already Paid) and 7 weeks of 150k per week for the EFF7 on these dates.

@miniCLH agrees to place this money in the sign that is placed near /warp anime every week on time, if late @miniCLH agrees to pay a 5k per day late fee and there will be another sign that will be there to collect any late fees, these can be paid any time within the time frame up to 16/12/15 anything past this date will be 10k per late day and @miniCLH will only have a week past the 16/12/15 (so the 23/12/15) to pay @DiamondDesire all the late fees and payments or @DiamondDesire can make a complaint.

If the payments havent been paid by a month past the end date,@DiamondDesire can take back the EFF7 with no refund.

On the day the payment has been paid, @miniCLH must /mail @DiamondDesire in game to confirm that he has taken a screenshot of the payment and the payment was on time.

If the eff7 is broken or lost @miniCLH will have to inform @DiamondDesire during this payment plan.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
