[Contract] Eff7 Payment Plan

General Purpose of Contract:
Selling ownership of eff7 pick (ID #ICTFYZTW) to @Baccuus on payment plan.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:

• Transfer ownership of the eff7(ID #ICTFYZTW) to @Baccuus using "/own Baccuus"
• Set up two trade signs near -3569 78 -4590 in Legacy
  • Each will be selling Dirt.
  • One selling 8 dirt at 100k each.
  • One selling 60 dirt for 1k each
  • Not to add dirt to first mentioned trade sign.
  • Not to render either of these trade signs inaccessible or remove/relocate them without notice.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:

• Transfer @CrazySwagMaster1 369 nstars upon approval of contract (The location/method of this will be agreed upon in game after approval of contract.)
• Pay 100k to @CrazySwagMaster1 weekly for 8 weeks.
  • This will be done through the first trade sign outlined above.
  • This will amount to 800k when done.
  • The first payment will start 7 days after the transfer of nstars.
• IN THE RESULT PAYMENTS ARE LATE:
  • A 1k fee will be charged for each midnight (GMT-6 or MST) that passes when a due payment has not yet been paid.
  • 1k will only stop being added after 60 days (60k) have passed or until all due payments are caught up.
  • These 1k payments must be paid before the 100k payments.
  • Once a 100k payment is 1 week late a breach of contract has occured and a complaint may be issued.
  • 1k payments will be done through the second trade sign mentioned above.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
