Hey Guys (@SalsaWizard @AcTiVeMonkey ) A few things before we can get this contract approved @SalsaWizard You need to provide a /own ID for the tool that you are selling. Its required in any Tool Contract Sale. You Also need to give a timeframe that you will hand the tool over. I know you have put 'Approval of Contract' but it would be better to put: 'within 24hours of contract approval' or something along those lines. You also have to add in that you agree to transfer the /own over to @AcTiVeMonkey when full payment has bee received. You also need to provide a tp location of where a sign will be placed if he decides to pay you via a sign. (A Screenshot with F3 would be sufficient as well) Once these are done/added @AcTiVeMonkey needs to re-agree and then I think we are about there.

Sorry to do this @SalsaWizard But you also need to give a timeframe of transferring ownership over to @AcTiVeMonkey once he has completed payments. After that, Active can re-agree and we have a good contract
