IGN: Joseph01234 Users Involved in this Contract: @Orkin General Purpose of Contract: Safe sale/payment plan of a Efficiency 7 pick I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I will provide Orkin with a Efficiency 7 pick after receiving the down payment of 50k. I will then set up a payment sign in the Rising spawn town of Recours in which he can make daily deposits of 50k/day. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Orkin will provide Joseph01234 with a down payment of 50k, followed by 14 days of daily payments of 50k. Totalling 750k(700k over 14 days plus 50k of initial down payment). If more than two days in a row is missed without prior warning to Joseph01234, Orkin will forfeit the eff 7 pick and any prior payment to Joseph01234. In the case that the pick is lost or stolen, or otherwise cannot be returned, Orkin will have two weeks to repay a new Eff 7 pick or 700k. In regards to prior warning if payments may be missed, Orkin may receive a total of 3 days worth of extensions if the need arises. Anything beyond 3 days is purely at the discretion of Joseph01234. All payments should be made, unless extensions are given through the terms listed above, on the date of April 27th, 2014 at 11:59 P.M. PDT. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I understand and agree to these terms.
