[Contract] Eff 7 Pickaxe Sharing

General Purpose of Contract:
Safe sharing of our Unbr 3 Eff 7 ST 1 Diamond Pickaxe.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I agree to the following terms in relation to the sharing of the Eff 7 pickaxe:
-The pickaxe will never be lent to a third party.
-The pickaxe will be kept in the town of Keara, which is owned by Skylexia, in the designated location. The chest at this location will be locked by Zardgyer, and must always be cmodified to both Skylexia and Zardgyer. When not in use, the pickaxe must always be left in this chest.
-The pickaxe is only to be used in non-PvP worlds. Both users must retain their pyro+ features to ensure maximum safety while mining. When attending moderator duties, the pickaxe must return to the chest before attending a scene where it is unsure if there is a nearby PvP area. Neither user is allowed to take the pickaxe into a known PvP zone. In case of need for quick attending to situations, the pickaxe may be kept in the possessing user's enderchest for the duration of the situation, as long as it is not on them while in territory that has unknown PvP-zone status.
-In the event both users wish to use the pickaxe, either user who is intending to use the pickaxe for working on Wikidone's town clearing project takes priority. If both users are working on the area, Wikidone or Unknownrider (whichever is more readily available) chooses who can use the pickaxe for that purpose. This clause becomes null upon completion of Wikid's town clearing project.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
