[Contract] Eff 7 pickaxe rental

General Purpose of Contract:
To ensure a safe rent out of an eff 7 pickaxe.

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3:
I @7amoodw agree to rent out my Eff 7 pickaxe to @jassimq upon receiving the 25k payment from him for one day (24 hours from contract approval).
I @7amoodw also provide a chest at legacy town Suncity in which @jassimq is modified to, should I be offline for receiving the pickaxe then it's expected that jassimq would leave the Eff7 pickaxe there without exceeding his time limit.

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms:
User @jassimq agrees to provide 25k within 24 hours of contract approval.

User @jassimq agrees to return the Eff 7 pick in a chest he's modified to located at the legacy town suncity in which the user has a home set there after the 24 hours have finished.

User @jassimq agrees that if the Eff 7 is lost in any way (Broken, stolen etc) that he will be fined 900k EcoDollars to be paid within 2 months from the date broken. Should the user not do this, then he'll be given two additional weeks in which there's a 10k extra fee for each day. Should it still not be paid, then a complaint will be made.

User @jassimq agrees that if the Eff 7 pickaxe is not returned when the 24 hours have been done then he will pay an additional 15k fee.

Should the user @jassimq be banned then this will fall under the term "Not returning the pickaxe within 24 hours" , unless a staff member safely returns it back to my possession.


I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:
