Rules are subject to change in the future but whenever a rule or tax enforced by the town is changed, a new contract will be written. This contract only applies for the rules/taxes existent in the town at the time of signing. Not agreeing with them is no reason to break them and until your emigration application has been accepted you're subject to all of the rules, regulations, and taxes* that you agreed for at this contract's signing. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: The other parties have agreed that they will follow the rules and regulations of the town. Not agreeing with them is no reason to break them and until you are officially removed from the town you are subject to all of the rules. They also agree that they will pay all unpaid debts/taxes to the town or its members before leaving the town* and never lie on ANY applications or else break the contract which requires complete honesty.
