I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree to pay @tanger91 $567,000 ecodollars (7k per usd) in full on or before August 23rd. This money will be the payment for the features I'm looking to get that are currently 10% off in the ECC Shop. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: In exchange for the money promised on or before August 23rd, @tanger91 will buy me, @oreo1227, donations features that cost $90 usd regularly on today, July 26th, 2014, after this contract is approved. They are currently 10% off so @tanger91 will only end up spending $81 usd. The features that @tanger91 will purchase in my name are listed below: Nursery (Regularly $30 usd, currently $27 usd) PerfectFit SG kit. (I have none of them, so PerfectFit, PerfectFitPlus, and PerfectFitPlus2 must be bought. This totals $60 usd regularly, currently is 54 usd.) I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules.
