@SirDaniel13 Just a couple things. If you could please include time frames for when the payments shall be made (the initial payment) Also if you could include coordinates where the sign is located as well as which world it is in. Lastly if you could distinguish and separate the clauses of the contract into the correct section of the contract (what you are agreeing to do in one section, and what @Masonrf is agreeing to in another.)
