He will be making a 100kECD downpayment, leaving the remaining 116,562.50 to be paid off. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @_Royal_Vulpes_ , agree to purchase Ext Commands for @GoatsRMyLife in exchange for $216,562.50 within 24 hours of the contract being accepted. I do agree that any failure to keep to my end of the contract will be dealt with and will accept the punishment, and would have to refund @GoatsRMyLife the $261,562.50 if the contract is breached on my side and I have received the funds. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @GoatsRMyLife must agree that he must pay $216,562.50 to @_Royal_Vulpes_ for the purchase of Ext Commands on a payment plan, @GoatsRMyLife will pay $100,000ECD after the purchase by Thursday December 8th, and will have to pay the remaining $116,562.50 via signs at X: -2168 Y:65 Z:-393 through X:-2170 Y:65 Z:-393 (3 different signs) in Rising. Failure to pay within the 2 week time-frame (December 22nd) will result in a $20,000ECD penalty fee and punishments that ECC staff see fit. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Hey @_Royal_Vulpes_ We require everyone to have a deadline whenever money is being paid. You currently don't have a timeline for @GoatsRMyLife having to pay you the initial downpayment of 100k. As well as yourself not having a timeframe to buy the feature for @GoatsRMyLife after your paid. Once this has been amended, @GoatsRMyLife will have to re-agree and then we can start processing this contract.
