I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I, @DevotedToChrist will purchase the Spy+ Donation Feature for the player @upmoon on 5/27/2014. The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Agree to pay DevotedToChrist 100,000 Ecodollars upon the purchase of this donation feature that is to be paid over the course of two weeks. The deadline for this repayment is 6/10, and should it not be paid on time, a 10,000 ECD fine will added to the payment amount. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. Please edit stating when you will be purchasing this donation feature. Also you need to tag the names each time they are mentioned.
Upmoon will need to agree in the format shown in the stickies, and I would personally recommend setting a date at which upmoon would be in breach if he has not yet paid. Also, every mention of a name needs to be a tag.
