IGN: droopystarfish Users Involved in this Contract: deathtoll1 WhiteStarX0312 General Purpose of Contract: To safe guard sales of deptford farm perms and deptford ownership. I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I agree The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: Deathtoll1 will be allowed to buy perms off other players for the farm deptford for 10 k / month and in doing so will be payed 2 k per sale and the remaining 8 k will go to the deptford farm fund (to be payed to droopystarfish at deathtoll1's earliest convenience). In selling the perms deathtoll1 will be added to the co-mayor position in the region file for deptford, which in no way entitles him to claim ownership at any time or is in any way the owner of deptford (as deathtoll1 is being payed remunerations for his time and effort). All farm disputes will be handled buy deathtoll1 and any griefing will be dealt with by and repaired by deathtoll1 at his earliest convenience. (Any breach of this contract will need to be remedied with a $1,000,000 fine). All of deptford's decisions must have droopystarfish's final approval before be enacted. If the current owner droopystarfish is removed at any stage for any length of time that was not pre-ordained by droopystarfish the $1,000,000 fine will apply. If deptford is sold at any time deathtoll1 will receive 5% of sale profit for his help in maintaining and keeping deptford in profitability. If deptford expands to another location or the present location is expanded deathtoll1 will still have the same privileges in all locations as in the original site and will need to monitor all locations for grief and repaired in a timely fashion. Staff for deptford farms may be appointed at any time by droopystarfish to help in the maintaining and management or growth of deptford farms. If droopystarfish is inactive for more than 3 week all rights to land and monetary gain will be payed and transferred over to Whitestarx0312 by deathtoll1 immediately in trust for droopystarfish's imminent return. I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.: I agree
