General Purpose of Contract: @SCgenesis paying @David_Torento for permanent access to his eff7 pick with Id #IHXPEIFS
<general outline of what the contract is for.>

I (the contract initiator) agree to the following terms, and agree that my failure to complete such terms will result in a breach of contract, as outlined in Rule 3: I @SCgenesis agree to

1) pay @David_Torento $300,000 ecd with in 72 hours of this contracts approval

2) if I @SCgenesis break the pick #IHXPEIFS while using it I @SCgenesis agree to pay @David_Torento $1,000,000 ecd with in 1 month of i @SCgenesis breaking the pick.

3) replace the pick #IHXPEIFS back in the chest located at x: 3392 y: 8 z:-2612 when ever not actively using it and before I log off

4) not destroy the chest at the coordinates listed above, ever. So that log information will remain available incase of a dispute.

5) not remove any materials from the chest mentioned above besides the eff7 #IHXPEIFS

6)) in the event that both @SCgenesis and @David_Torento want to use the pick at the same time, @SCgenesis agrees to let @David_Torento use it every other hours (I.e @SCgenesis uses it for a hour then must give it to @David_Torento for an hour).

The other user(s) involved with this contract must agree to the following terms: @David_Torento agrees to

1) make the eff7 pick #IHXPEIFS available to @SCgenesis with in 72 hours of this contract being approved by placing it in the chest listed at the above coordinates.

2) let @SCgenesis use the eff7 pick #IHXPEIFS for the duration of the time he owns it

3) pay @SCgenesis $300k should he ever sell the eff7 with in 24 hours of the sale taking place.

4) if @David_Torento breaks/looses the pick #IHXPEIFS must pay @SCgenesis $300k with in 1 week of it breaking.

5) be completely transparent as to the whereabouts and location of the eff7 pick #IHXPEIFS with @SCgenesis

6) if the pick #IHXPEIFS is sold by @David_Torento it must be through a forum contract so that @SCgenesis is aware of the exact same date.

7) never break the chest listed at the above coordinates, ever, so the log block evidence can be available at all times.

8) return the eff7 pick #IHXPEIFS when ever not in use and before he logs off of the server to the chest mentioned previously.

9) in the event that both @SCgenesis and @David_Torento want to use the pick at the same time, @David_Torento agrees to let @SCgenesis use it every other hours (I.e @David_Torento uses it for a hourtjen must give it to @SCgenesis for an hour).

10) if the eff7 #IHXPEIFS is not in the chest when @SCgenesis wants to use it, and @David_Torento is offline, breach of contract will occur and @David_Torento will have 24 hours to refund @SCgenesis $300k.

I agree that the terms in this contract are subject to all of EcoCityCraft's rules, including the rules listed specifically in this forum. I understand that the contract may be affected by future changes in EcoCityCraft rules and server updates, and I accept that due to the possibility of such changes, this contract may be at my own risk. I understand that the contents of this contract are subject to staff assessment, review and approval before it is a binding contract under EcoCityCraft rules. I accept that action may not be taken in case of a breach of contract if appropriate and sufficient evidence is not provided of such.:

Hold on I'm super sorry @David_Torento but I've decided to cancel this deal. I almost have enough money for my own pick now and this doesn't make sense anymore. Sorry for the inconvinience.
